Is pretty normal little store, a little messy I would say....always feels to me like they are in the middle of reorganizing their register area. It is nice though to have an option besides the big W.
PLEASE CHECK THE PRICE OF ANY ITEM YOU ARE PURCHASING THERE ONLINE BEFORE PROCEEDING TO CHECKOUT! The only reason I am leaving this review is because you have the most expensive Nintendo products out there. Not a single store in this area has the “Nintendo Switch Pro Controller” priced at $80 retail. For some reason “Shopko” seems to think they should rip us off an extra $10 seeing that the price of this controller is $65-$70 anywhere else on earth. Now normally this would be no big deal and I would just price match it with another store like Walmart for example, however Shopko doesn’t price match with other stores besides local ones. If you are in the market for anything in the electronic department or anywhere else in the store I would advise you to shop elsewhere and not feed this money hungry store that is “Shopko”.
Extremely narrow aisles that are difficult to navigate. Lots of clutter. Inattentive staff.
The staff is rude and unprofessional. Every time I am in the store, the same two day workers are always loudly complaining both in front of customers and to customers, often times holding up the checkout counter while doing so. The one that often works the register has an exceptionally foul demeanour and is always wearing very dirty clothes and doesnt even brush her hair. If you ask her for help she will roll her eyes and proceed to tell you about all the other things she needs to get done. The store is often unkempt and disorganised. There are decent quality products here at a fair price, but the staff needs some work.
Store was very clean and very easy to find everything you need. After I grabbed everything, i came up to the front to check out and was disappointed with the cashier's attitude. There was no getting, how are you or anything. I put my stuff on the counter and smiled asking how her day was going. No response. So as she rang up she made no eye contact and stayed silent. She was very cold and she asked if I had a shopko member card. I did, so i agreed and started to tell her my number. I only got to my are a code when she rolled her eyes and lashed out "hold on, wait till I'm on the screen!" I believe it was Melissa. She was blonde and it started with a M. I went to look on the receipt but her name's not on it. I have worked in customer service for 8 years, so I know what it's like having a bad day but no deserves to feel uncomfortable and spoke to like that.
